My bad traffic

Being here for a few weeks now I have noticed a few things about the people here in Phoenix. They are, without a doubt, the worst drivers I have ever seen. So of course I do fit right in, but that’s not the point. I don’t understand how these people got their drivers license, it’s like they were just handing them out at a chucky cheese or something. Chucky Cheese is awesome…anyway…Some of the things that I have seen are making me lose my faith in humanity, at least here in Phoenix, cause not only are they bad drivers, but they put the dumbest things on their car windows. I saw one lady today that had a big sticker on the back side window that said “Drive safely, Baby on board”. Now it was a little difficult to see this since she flew past me going about 90 mph, not too safe especially since it was on an eight lane highway in the middle of rush hour. Another guy had one of those sun deflector things that you put in your windshield, still up in his back window and he was missing his two side mirrors. So there was no way he could see who was behind him or even to the side of him. Yet he just kept on truckin it like 80mph down the road. It scares the hell out of me to drive down here…now I know how everyone else felt when I lived in Athens. And traffic is always horrible it seems, I’m not used to having to wait in traffic jams pretty much everyday. The other day it took me 45 minutes to get home from school, and I only live 5 miles away. When you combine traffic jams with bad drivers…it makes for an interesting ride anywhere.
